Qualification: B. Pharm, MBA
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Management/Marketing in a reputed pharmaceutical company
Job Description:
- Work on brand building through structured brand plans
- Conduct field work to understand the market and evaluate implemented strategies
- Develop and finalize innovative brand campaigns, strategies, and activities
- Prepare proposals and plans for new product launches, including market research surveys of doctors and ORG-based studies prior to launch
- Formulate and implement innovative strategies for launching new brands and increasing sales of existing products
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities, threats, and key issues

Experience: 1–3 years
Job Description:
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in the Quality Control department as per SOP
- Maintain proper documentation practices as per SOPs and guidelines
- Operate and calibrate instruments/equipment as per schedule, including HPLC, UV, IR, pH/Conductivity meter, Dissolution tester, Hardness tester, DT, Friability tester, BDTD, and Analytical Balance
- Perform analysis of Analytical Validation samples, Analytical Verification, Method Transfer samples, Finished Products, Stability samples, Process Validation samples, Raw Materials, Packing Materials, and other assigned samples
- Prepare SOPs, Protocols/Reports, STPs, Specifications, and other QC documentation
- Initiate and handle laboratory incidents, OOT (Out of Trend), and OOS (Out of Specification) observed during analysis
- Conduct analysis of in-process and intermediate samples
- Prepare and standardize volumetric solutions, reagents, and indicators
- Maintain records of working standards, reference standards, primary standards, and columns as per SOP and pharmacopeia requirements
- Handle destruction of validation samples, finished products, stability samples, raw materials, packing materials, and other allocated samples as per procedure
- Ensure compliance with cGMP/GLP requirements in the Quality Control department
- Follow safety practices, hygiene, and good housekeeping in the laboratory, including proper use of PPEs

Job Title: QA Chemist (Daman Plant)

Job Description:
- Handle IPQA activities including line clearance, sampling (intermediate stage, semi-finished goods, and finished goods), and calibration of IPQC instruments such as weighing balance, disintegration test apparatus, friability apparatus, and hardness tester
- Perform in-process checks including weight variation, disintegration test (DT), hardness, friability, leak test, etc., for various formulations like tablets, capsules, and oral liquid products during manufacturing and packing
- Execute process validation activities including sampling at various stages of manufacturing and conducting challenge tests as per protocol requirements
- Review product batch records (Batch Manufacturing Record and Batch Packing Record) and area logbooks at each stage of manufacturing and packing
CTC: Commensurate with relevant experience and qualification
Job Title: Executive – Costing
Location: Mumbai / Mumbai Suburbs
Qualification: Inter ICWA / B.Com / M.Com
Experience: Up to 5–6 years
Job Description:
Duties:
- Perform product costing, cost updates, cost variance analysis, and preparation of costing reports
- Handle inventory accounting, reporting, and reconciliations
- Manage month-end closing activities, ensuring financial accounting related to revenue and costing is completed accurately and on time
- Possess knowledge of pricing procedures (SD module)
- Have knowledge of DPCO provisions and filing of different forms through IPDMS
Skills Required:
- Ability to analyze reports and tools to identify cost exceptions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to predict and improve production costs
- Strong team player with good organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
IT Skills: SAP HANA knowledge preferred
